In recent years, with the development of fire-fighting equipment technology, the performance of the equipment equipped by the public security fire-fighting force has been significantly improved. At the same time, with the improvement of the economic level, the fire department of the Ministry of Public Security and local governments have also invested heavily in the construction of firefighting equipment for firefighting forces at all levels. However, firefighting equipment is usually directly supplied to the army after centralized procurement by the local government or the corps. Due to the lack of unified technical acceptance procedures and professional inspection equipment, the acceptance of most equipment is still at the level of counting quantity and appearance inspection. It is difficult to judge the compliance of equipment performance indicators, leaving a small number of unscrupulous companies with opportunities to "shoddy" and "cut corners", and the quality of equipment cannot be guaranteed.


 

In view of this, in order to facilitate quality inspectors from all over the country to give full play to their skills in the inspection and acceptance of equipment quality, further improve the status quo of equipment quality inspection and acceptance of the firefighting force, and improve the level and work efficiency of the army's own equipment quality inspection and acceptance, quality inspectors are equipped with Specialized, targeted and practical testing equipment is imminent. The Shanghai Fire Research Institute of the Ministry of Public Security organized relevant technical forces to develop a fire-fighting equipment acceptance toolkit in China. The main features are:

 

1. The developed water gun flowmeter can be directly installed on the water outlet of fire trucks or motor pumps. It does not need the front and rear straight pipe sections necessary for the use of conventional flowmeters, and has portability. The wireless transmission digital pressure and flow integrated instrument can be used with the water gun flowmeter, and the pressure measurement value is wirelessly transmitted to the tablet computer, and the real-time values and curves of the flow and pressure are displayed on the screen. The whole set of equipment adopts the method of wireless transmission and touch screen operation, so that the operator can stay away from the power unit and the connecting parts under pressure, which reduces the operating intensity and improves the safety of personnel.

 

2. The developed portable demolition tool test device is designed for fixed interval test distances (expansion and support force test distances are divided into five gears, which are adjusted by the detachable dovetail structure metal top block, and there is another clamping position), which can be tested Force output of a hydraulic rescue tool at a fixed distance. Compared with the special test device that adopts hydraulic servo mode, can be adjusted steplessly throughout the whole process, and draws complete force value and distance curves, it greatly reduces the weight of the equipment (from five tons to 30 kg), and can be loaded into two suitcases It is portable and can meet the requirements of acceptance inspection.

 

3. The developed positive pressure fire-fighting air respirator inspection device is composed of a portable case, a test head model, an artificial lung, and a computer. The portable box is composed of four parts: cover, head mold box, main box, and chassis, with an aluminum alloy structure; the test head mold is made of soft rubber; the artificial lung is made of lightweight three-proof cloth; the computer uses a capacitive screen tablet. When the tool kit is working, the headform box and the main box are removed, and then the headform box is placed on the chassis, and locked with the chassis through a locking buckle. Place the main box on the head mold box and fasten it with the locking buckle. Open the front flap of the host and plug in the tablet. Open the side flap and connect the power supply and high-voltage tube to put into detection work. The folding combination structure of the portable case is the first.

 

4. The developed positive pressure fire-fighting oxygen respirator inspection device is composed of a chassis, an electronic air pump, a micro-pressure sensor, a micro-flow sensor, a large-flow sensor, a motherboard, a computer, a touch screen, etc. The chassis is shockproof, waterproof, moisture-proof, and pressure-resistant, and is suitable for mobile use. The main board, computer, and touch screen can not only collect and process the test data, but also give the operation steps, and point out the location and method of operation in the form of pictures. Through the way of man-machine dialogue, first-time users can also carry out detection work step by step. Micro-pressure sensors, micro-flow sensors, and large-flow sensors replace traditional glass rotameters, water column micro-pressure meters and other fragile parts that require test positions, so that the device has mobile detection capabilities

 


The developed acceptance toolkit (including general toolkit, fire vehicle toolkit, foam fire extinguishing equipment toolkit, fire rescue tool acceptance toolkit and fire breathing equipment acceptance toolkit) has been applied in the front line of some domestic firefighting forces. Checking the use has played an important role in improving the combat effectiveness of the firefighting force.
